Returns & Warranty
All sales of climbing hardware are final.
We believe in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know and we will try to make it right. If you are unhappy with the size, cut or style of an item, we will exchange or refund your purchase within 90 days of ordering. Exchanges must be returned in saleable condition (unused, unwashed and with original hang-tags).
We guarantee all of our products against manufacturers defects. If a garment has any manufacturing issues at all we will return, repair or replace the item depending on the issue. Please make sure that garments returned to NW Alpine for repair are washed and clean. For all warranty claims and questions, please email warranty@nwalpine.com.
