Sales Items
All closeout sales items purchased are final and non-refundable. If a product is a final sale it will be stated on the products page. Exchanges may be granted if other sizes are available.
Regular sales items are eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Return Labels (Return for Exchange or Refund)
If your order is domestic (within U.S.), was shipped with USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail, and you are returning just one item you can print your own return label.
**For orders shipped via other carriers, OR for returning more than one item, please contact us at info@nwalpine.com and we will create a return label for you.
If you wish to make an exchange, please include a note in the package with what you want in exchange for your return.
