Every product we make is supported against manufacturing defects for the life of the product. We will repair any manufacturing defect at no cost.
Damage from an epic climb, burn hole from camping or just looking a little threadbare? We can help get your apparel functional again for your next adventure. We will charge a fee based on the requested repair(s).
We only ask that you cover shipping to us. To request a repair or submit a warranty claim, follow our super easy three step process.
Step 1: Email us at info@nwalpine.com with your need, specifying the nature of repair requested. Photos are helpful! We'll respond as soon as possible and let you know what you need to do next.
Step 2: Clean your garment! Wash and spot clean to the best of your ability then pack it up.

Include a note in the package with your name, email and/or phone number, return address, and what repair you are requesting.
We take care of the rest and we will keep you updated on the status of the repair. If it isn't a manufacturing defect, we will reach out with the cost to repair it before doing so. Repairs can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks but may be finished sooner. If we can't repair it, we'll reach out with next steps.
