If you are unhappy with the size, cut or style of an item, we will exchange or refund your purchase minus the cost of shipping within 30 days of receiving your order, except for custom items (see details below). You'll need to have your order number and zip code that it shipped to.
Items must be returned in salable condition (unused, unwashed and with original hang-tags). Once received, returns will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
International Returns & Exchanges
For international orders, please contact us directly to get a RA number.
Sales Items
All closeout sales items purchased are final and non-refundable. If a product is a final sale it will be stated on the products page. Exchanges may be granted if other sizes are available.
Regular sales items are eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Holiday Returns
We extend our return policy beyond 30 days for the Holiday season for items purchased as gifts.
