Refund/Exchange Policy

If you are unhappy with the size, cut, or style of an item, we will exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, except for closeout items. We do offer free returns and exchanges for all domestic (United States) orders, with exceptions (see the free returns page). 

Items must be returned in saleable condition (unused, unwashed and with original hang-tags). Once received, refunds and/or exchanges will be processed as soon as possible.

Sales Items

All closeout sales items purchased are final and non-refundable. If a product is a final sale it will be stated on the products page. Exchanges may be granted if other sizes are available.

Regular sales items are eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Holiday Returns

We extend our return policy beyond 30 days for the Holiday season for items purchased as gifts.
